Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC)

The Shared-Decision Making Committee (SDMC) at Furr High School plays a vital role in shaping campus planning and decision-making. The SDMC brings together campus leadership, teachers, staff, parents, and community members to collaborate on important issues that impact student achievement and school operations.

Purpose:

Provide input on the campus improvement plan
Support school safety and climate initiatives
Review and advise on the school budget and staffing plans
Promote collaboration among all stakeholders

Parents and community representatives
Business partners
